3. Harold Health Is Not a Medical Provider
HAROLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION INC is a nonprofit organization and is not, through this Website, acting as a medical practice, hospital, clinic, pharmacy, health insurance company, or healthcare provider.
The Website does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Information made available through the Website is provided for general educational, awareness, charitable, and informational purposes.
Nothing on this Website creates a physician-patient, healthcare-provider-patient, or similar professional relationship between Harold Health and any visitor or donor. If you have questions concerning your health, symptoms, diagnosis, medication, or treatment, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or the appropriate emergency service in your location.
4. Donations
The Website allows visitors to make voluntary financial contributions to support the nonprofit mission of HAROLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION INC.
Donations may be used to support Harold Health's nonprofit activities, including:
- health education and resources;
- community programs;
- support and peer-network initiatives;
- awareness campaigns;
- care-access programs;
- outreach;
- partnerships;
- organizational operations; and
- other activities consistent with Harold Health's nonprofit mission.
Unless Harold Health expressly designates a contribution for a particular legally restricted purpose, donations support the organization's overall nonprofit mission and may be allocated according to organizational needs and priorities.
5. Donations Do Not Purchase Medical Services
A donation to HAROLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION INC is a charitable contribution and is not a purchase of healthcare or medical services.
Donations do not purchase or guarantee:
- medical treatment;
- physician or healthcare-provider services;
- prescriptions;
- medications or supplements;
- laboratory testing;
- telehealth visits;
- medical consultations;
- memberships;
- subscriptions;
- discounts;
- insurance coverage;
- priority access to care; or
- any other guaranteed medical or commercial benefit.
Making a donation does not create a patient-provider relationship and does not provide the donor with access to medical care.
6. Donation Amounts
The Website may display suggested donation amounts and may allow donors to select a custom donation amount.
Suggested amounts and descriptions of the types of programs those amounts may help support are illustrative unless expressly identified as restricted donations.
They do not guarantee that a specific donor's contribution will be used exclusively for the particular example displayed next to a donation amount. Harold Health retains discretion to allocate unrestricted donations in furtherance of its nonprofit mission.
7. Payment Processing
Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers, including credit-card processors, digital-wallet providers, and other payment services.
When you submit payment information, some or all payment information may be collected and processed directly by the applicable payment provider rather than Harold Health. Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Harold Health does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment method. A donation is considered successfully completed only after the applicable payment provider and Harold Health's systems confirm the transaction.
8. Phone Verification and Donation Limits
Harold Health may require phone-number verification before permitting a donation. Verification may include sending a one-time code by SMS or another authentication method. Message and data rates imposed by your telecommunications provider may apply.
Harold Health may establish weekly, daily, transaction-based, account-based, phone-based, or other donation limits for security, fraud prevention, compliance, donor protection, or operational purposes. Donation limits and verification requirements may be modified from time to time.
Attempting to circumvent donation limits, phone verification, fraud-prevention controls, or other Website safeguards is prohibited.
9. Harold Credits
Certain individuals who also have an eligible account with a separate Harold application or platform may receive HAROLD credits in connection with a completed donation.
Under the current program, an eligible Harold app user may receive 10,000 HAROLD credits for each qualifying completed donation when the payer email associated with the donation matches the email associated with the eligible Harold account.
Receiving HAROLD credits is incidental to the donation and does not convert the donation into a purchase of goods or services.
HAROLD credits:
- do not purchase or guarantee medical care;
- do not create a patient-provider relationship;
- are subject to eligibility and verification requirements;
- may be governed by separate terms applicable to the Harold application or platform; and
- may be removed if the underlying donation is refunded, reversed, disputed, or subject to a chargeback.
Harold Health may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the credit program subject to applicable law. The Harold application and related health platform are separate from this Website and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks
Donations are generally intended to be final. If you believe a donation was made in error, was duplicated, or was made without authorization, contact Harold Health as soon as reasonably possible at donations@haroldhealth.org.
Refund requests will be reviewed according to applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and Harold Health's policies. Harold Health does not guarantee that every donation will be eligible for a refund.
If a donation is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, any HAROLD credits or other benefits issued in connection with that donation may be canceled or removed.
11. Tax Deductibility
Donations to HAROLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION INC may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law and based upon the organization's applicable tax status.
Nothing on this Website constitutes tax, accounting, or legal advice. Donors are responsible for determining the tax treatment of their contributions and should consult an appropriate tax professional when necessary.
Harold Health may provide donation receipts or other records for qualifying contributions.
12. Donor Information

Harold Health may reject, hold, review, refund, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding a transaction that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of personal information submitted through the Website are governed by the Harold Health Privacy Policy.
Information collected through this Website may include information necessary to process donations, verify donors, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, maintain financial records, and communicate regarding donations.
Questions regarding privacy or donor information may be directed to privacy@haroldhealth.org.
14. Educational Resources
Harold Health may publish or provide articles, guides, videos, links, tools, or other educational resources relating to men's health, wellness, prevention, awareness, community, and access to care.
These resources are intended for general educational and informational purposes. They are not individualized medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
15. Care Access Initiatives
Harold Health may support programs intended to reduce barriers to healthcare and connect individuals or communities with useful resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Harold Health itself does not provide the medical services offered by independent healthcare professionals or organizations participating in these initiatives. Healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and other independent providers are responsible for the services they provide.
Participation in or financial support of a Harold Health care-access initiative does not make Harold Health responsible for an independent provider's medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, or services.
16. Community and Outreach Programs
Harold Health may support community programs, events, mentorship, peer networks, educational campaigns, support initiatives, and partnerships.
The availability, eligibility, location, duration, and scope of these programs may change. Descriptions of planned or anticipated programs do not constitute a guarantee that a particular program will be available to every individual or in every geographic area.
17. Partnerships and Third Parties
Harold Health may work with nonprofit organizations, community groups, healthcare organizations, businesses, sponsors, payment providers, technology providers, volunteers, and other third parties.
The Website may also contain links to third-party websites or services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third parties operate independently from Harold Health.
Harold Health is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, products, services, medical decisions, or other actions of independent third parties.
18. Website Content
We attempt to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Programs, partnerships, donation options, resources, descriptions, and other information may change. Harold Health may update, correct, remove, or modify Website content at any time.
