Harold Health, Inc. (“Harold Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides men’s health content, telehealth connections,
and digital tools via our websites, apps, and funnels (together, the “Services”).
We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email, phone/SMS number, age group, goals, form responses, survey answers, uploaded files, support messages.
From your use: device identifiers, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, approximate location, in-app actions.
From cookies & pixels: cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/GA4, SDKs, local storage, reCAPTCHA.
From partners: scheduling, telehealth, payments, and messaging vendors who help operate our Services.
Health information: If you provide health-related details, we treat them as sensitive and safeguard them accordingly.
2. HIPAA Compliance
In some cases we may act as a Covered Entity or Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). When HIPAA applies, we safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and applicable Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
We do not use PHI for marketing without proper authorization.
3. How We Use Information
To provide, secure, and improve the Services.
To personalize content and recommendations.
To communicate (onboarding, reminders, service updates, offers).
For compliance, fraud prevention, and to enforce Terms.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share only as needed:
With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, telehealth, SMS, email, payments, cloud storage, customer support).
With healthcare partners when you request or receive clinical services.
With ad and analytics providers (Meta, Google, etc.) for measurement and performance.
As required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Security
We use encryption, access controls, secure hosting, and employee training.
No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously and act promptly on incidents.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request deletion (see Section 10).

Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.
Consent is not required to use our Services.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access, correct, or delete your data.
Opt out of marketing.
Restrict or object to processing.
Port your data.
California/CPRA: You may request access or deletion, and opt out of sale/share of data. We do not sell data.
If we share for cross-context advertising, you can opt out via our
“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or by contacting us.
EEA/UK/Switzerland: You may contact us or your local authority.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Transfers
If you use our Services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.
We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
12. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we honor recognized browser signals (DNT/GPC) for opting out of sale/share or targeted advertising.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the “Effective Date” and, if required, notify you by email or in-app.
Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
